Sketched out the doctor, drew out every single detail with the brush tool then darken it. Takes a lot of patience for the eyes and the cheeks, all designed within Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Poster design based off the episode "The Eye of the Beholder" from The Twilight Zone. One of the most recognizable character from the series and most frightening.
